Killing by the Book by Ryan Stark
The first book in a British procedural series. Daley and Whetstone work on a case of a murdered woman which eerily resembles a case from five years earlier. While they try to find a connection a man is murdered with the same MO. A slow burn but the case progresses continuously. I will be continuing with the series. 4 stars
