Welcome

A Bookaholic, Pro-life, Conservative, Catholic, with Asperger's, who reads a lot. These are the ramblings of the books I read or read aloud to my energetic Autistic 11yo. I love reading almost any book from classics to mysteries to fantasy to ARCs. I sometimes go through stages of "genre love", get addicted to manga and graphic novels or get caught up in reading ARCs, but you'll find I read a wide variety of books, both fiction and non-fiction. I tend to post a lot of reviews of juvenile/teen books but I still do a lot of adult reviews as well. I read well over 200 books a year, but haven't made it to 300 yet!

Random Reading Challenge Pick for March

Time once again to randomly select a book from the piles stacked up on my bedroom floor for the Random Reading Challenge. Moseying on over to random.org I am awarded with #31. Getting down on my hands and knees I start counting through the piles and I finally arrive at this month's random read ........

#31.......... GOING BOVINE BY LIBBA BRAY

Finally! I've been dying to read this but it just kept getting pushed deeper into the piles. I'm only anxious that it's almost a chunkster, so I'm hoping it's fabulous and reads quickly.

You know I still haven't read the third Gemma Doyle book because it is 800 pgs. I love that series so much and want to read it but where do you squeeze in 800 pgs???
