Aged 86, Bea Arthur most remembered for her portrayal as Maude during the '70s and as one of the Golden Girls during the '80s died at home today. She will be sadly missed.

I love reading almost any book from classics to mysteries to fantasy to ARCs. I sometimes go through stages of "genre love", get addicted to manga and graphic novels or get caught up in reading ARCs, but you'll find I read a wide variety of books, both fiction and non-fiction. I tend to post a lot of reviews of juvenile/teen books but I still do a lot of adult reviews as well. I read well over 200 books a year, but haven't made it to 300 yet!

I just read about this. So sad. I loved her in "Maude" and "Golden Girls."
I had to blog about this too when I heard. :( So sad! I grew up watching her :(

I was so sad to learn about her death. I really enjoyed watching her on television.
